i continue to drink in secret from telling people on dA that i do my best post when i black out

only to wake up the next day to see all comments thinking wtf .. did i really .. DID I .. really write that

my wife and i went out to a club last night .. for the first time in a long time hoping to dance

all they played was rap .. it gave me a head-ache

I know what you mean with the rap. I don't care if others listen to it, but come one, its all the clubs seem to play! I was trying like hell to find just a comfy coffee shop nearby and have had no luck on that. It seems like the media says that these things are cool, and people just believe it. I have asked many people what they like about certain things they say they enjoy, but rarely is there an actual answer. I have to ask myself sometimes, "is the public really this brainwashed?" How did it become so accepted to let a few celebs TELL us what is cool, and have people believe them? Maybe I just need a new atmosphere, in a new state, or country even.
